Upgrades from Cert IV RII40420

For underground coal mine workers who hold statutory qualifications, Hazeldean Training & Development can now offer an upgrade path.

For holders of any version of the current RII40420 – Certificate IV in Underground Coal Operations we offer:

An assessment to obtain the current qualification from any previous qualification back to the original MNC competencies. (This may be required if the Board of Examiners won’t accept you existing qualification)
Gap assessments for all units that are common to the Cert IV and the Diploma.

These include all the units in the table below:

This gives you credit for your existing Cert IV qualification and only requires a minor assessment for each of the common units to obtain the Diploma.
These units have been fully mapped for common elements, performance criteria, performance evidence and knowledge requirements to determine the gap requirements.
From this gap assessments have been developed.
